XAAN services have become available in 40 Dubai Monty Holiday Home apartments. Monty Holiday Homes is a chic short-term rental property established by the Monty Holding founders in 2021. Guests can plan their visit in advance and try a wide range of services through the XAAN Guest Web App.

XAAN is a digital-first start-up for vacation short-term rentals. Holiday homes in XAAN already have access to services such as cleaning and room renovation, inventory rental, booking tours and best locations, airport transfer, and co-rental with drivers, providing holiday home business owners with opportunities to increase hospitality standards and revenue. Soon, laundry and beauty services ordering for apartment guests will also be available in the app.
